These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CrystalSaver browser extension and the crystalsaver.com website (together, the "Service"), operated by CrystalSaver ("we", "us"). By installing the extension or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

CrystalSaver is a browser extension that adds download controls to Telegram Web for media (videos, photos, GIFs, audio and files) that your own Telegram account can already access. The Service runs in your browser and is an independent, third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Telegram.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for content you own or have the legal right to download, and to comply with all applicable laws, copyright, and Telegram's own Terms of Service. You must not:

• Use the Service to access content you are not authorized to view or save;
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit downloaded content without permission;
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security, or abuse protections, or interfere with the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you download and how you use it.

5. Plans, limits & billing

• The Service offers a free plan with a daily download limit and a paid "Pro" plan with higher or unlimited usage and additional features.
• Paid subscriptions are sold and processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, who appears on your statement and handles applicable taxes. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard; you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices and limits may change with notice.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, branding, and content, is owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Content you download remains subject to the rights of its respective owners.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Because the Service depends on Telegram Web, which may change at any time, we do not guarantee that every feature will work continuously or without interruption. We are not responsible for any content you choose to download.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
